My thoughts and prayers are with all of James's family and friends at this sad time. This Aussie music fan will never forget James's great work with the fabulous Fendermen!

Sorry to hear Sharrie. It was a pleasure and honor to play music and share good times with my friend, Jim. I remember going to Redeemer and practicing on acoustic guitars after he would get off work, he knew so many songs and had a lot of stories He was a true talent and was generous with his advice and his time. I'm going to miss him!

Sad to hear the news Sharrie. He was a sweet and funny man, and I enjoyed jamming with him on the porch and listening to his stories. Been missing him even before I heard this sad news.

Very sad right now, the tears are falling, lost one of my best friends this morning. Mr. Jim Sunquist of the Fendermen passed away after a long battle with cancer. I'm going to miss you so much Jimmy, but I can hear you and Tom finally singing again. I Love you. On the Wings of a Dove Jimmy.
