Dolores Cale Obituary
She was blessed to have eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Lola was born on September 17, 1928, in Homestead, Pa. Lola graduated from Perry High School in Pittsburgh, Pa. In 1946, Lola's family moved to Meadville, Pa. She met her future husband, Mike in Meadville and after World War II they were married on April 23, 1949.
Mike served in the United States Air Force and retired in 1968.

My condolences to all of Delores Cale's family. She exhibited a love for her family beyond measure and that love reached out far and wide even to her friends. My relationship with Mrs. Cale was professional in the early stages, but soon became very personal. As an educator/administrator she exemplified great leadership and helped promote quality education. I was proud to work under her for a number of years. As my friend, she stood by me with encouragement and love, always welcoming me into her home as if I was family. I was blessed to have her in my life. She will be greatly missed.
