Mr. T was an amazing man.... he coached me in softball for many years... and taught me a lot about life. He was always very caring and giving... but a tough cookie when he had to be. He will be dearly missed, but he will always be in my heart. Deepest sympathy to you all.

To Gina and Marcello and the entire Tavano Family,
I was saddened to hear about Jimmy's passing. He was always a cool guy to me, my brother Brian and my nephew Craig.
I will never forget our conversations when I would see him in Store 24 on Belmont St. or just around. Always had a smile, an antedote and a laugh. When he had the restaurant on Belmont St and I would be working my shift at Store 24 he would often bring me over something to eat or try.
I know how much he loved his Italian heritage, his sports and more importantly his family. He will be missed but his vibrant spirit will live on in our hearts.
Peace and blessings during this time, celebrate his loss, do not mourn his loss because he does live on.

Suzie and family,
I am so saddened to read about Jim's passing. He was a wonderful man. I will always remember him and be thankful for the way he took George "under his wing" by getting him involved in sports when he was a small boy. I believe that if it weren't for Jimmy, George wouldn't have gone on to play football in high school and again in college. You are all in my heart and thoughts during this time.

To all of Jim's family,
You all know the special place Jim had in our lives and in our hearts. What's more important is that Jim knew. Our hearts are broken and our lives already feel the void. We are honored to have been able to call him friend. He will be greatly missed.
