This may be a little late but, Happy Birthday, Jim!! As I read birthday greetings from your family I reread the message Kathy wrote to you and I think back of the times at your apartment and singing to Credence songs and having a great time. I sure miss the times we had on Woodward in Winnie's Ford and all the drive-ins getting a burger and looking for friends. We will do that when we meet again.

To My Beloved Husband Jim,
I am sorry it took so long to write to you but after 43 years of marriage, how can I put my love in one short paragraph, but for you I will try.
I have know you since I was 17 and when we married on July 5, 1969 I had given my heart to you but now my heart is broken and I will never be the same without you. NO one can EVER replace your LOVING, thoughtful and wonderful ways. As a husband and a father you suffered so much to be with us and never complained. You always fought hard and still stood tall at the same time. I cannot express how proud I am to say that I was your wife.
I know you are with the Lord and are in no pain and finally at peace, but my heart will always ache for you.
Go my angel, rest in peace until we can be together again.
I will ALWAYS LOVE and MISS YOU!!!

Dear neighbors-
We are so sorry for your loss. We will miss talking to Jim over the fence, and catching up on Annabelle's antics. Farewell, good friend. You will be dearly missed.

Jim - My favorite memories are of the many holiday dinners in our kitchen. At 'clean-up time', you always stayed to keep me company: "I'd rather stay in here with you, young lady" - with a wink and a smile. You've been in our thoughts and prayers throughout your difficult fight. Rest in peace, Jim.

Getting the call of Jim's passing, my heart hurt. My love and prayers to Kathy, Michele and Jamie. I will always smile thinking of happy memories, especially the time Jim and Kathy drove the AMX to church one day. Kath I send you a big hug from here. God's love be with you all.

To leave this life still so young. I am still in shock of Jim's passing. I will always have those memories of Henry Ford HS and cruising Woodward and Telegraph. I am so sorry we lost touch and I couldn't be there for you as we were for each other in the early years. Our prayers go out to Kathy, Michele and Jamie. May you now be in the comfort of the Lord and rest in peace free from pain. He has lifted you up on eagle's wings. God bless the Teece family and may you find comfort in family and friends. We are here if you need anything.

Jim,
I never knew my Father but I was lucky to be raised by my Step-Father from age six until he passed suddenly when I was eighteen. He raised me and taught me to be the man that I am today. When he passed it broke my heart. When I had the honor of marrying your daughter Michele, I was gratefull to have you come into my life. You helped fill that void of the loss of my Step-Father. I will miss you a great deal and will always hold a place in my heart for you as a father. I know you suffered a great deal and fought a tough battle. I wish you could still be here but I also understand that it was time for you to go and suffer no more. I will always love you and remember you. May you rest in peace Jim and be pain free.
Love, Ron

Dad,
Words cannot express how much I will miss you. You fought a long hard battle and always came out victorious. I know you fought for so hard and so long to take care of Mom, but you can rest in peace knowing that we will make sure she will always be with us. I can only hope to be the strong man that you were. Please know that no matter what, I was always proud to be your son. It feels comforting to know that you are finally free of all your pain and suffering. Go home and be with God!!
P.S Annabelle DEARLY misses you as well and expects you to have a little white carry out box for her when she see's you again!!!
Goodbye for now!!
Your Loving Son & Grandpuppy,
Jamie & Annabelle
