Your missed. You were my true friend. RIP

We were very grateful to have Jim and his crew complete our roof. It was a great relief to deal with someone so trustworthy and of such exceptional character. Unfortunately, Jim endured several hospitalizations, even as he was working hard to oversee our job, and we are profoundly saddened to hear of his loss. We will dearly miss Jim's good sense of humor and his expertise, which we would have surely sought out again for more contracting assistance. Our hearts are with the Tegge family. Jim has left us too soon.

My heart is so sad. I was on vacation and hust got back to this horrible news. I am a tenet of Jim's and he was the best person ever. He trusted me when I had some financial problems and Has been a great friend for almost 20 years, my heart goes out to the whole family. Prayers and hugs. He will never be forgotten

I'm so lucky to have met Jim years ago. He was one of the very few people that I've ever met that was a genuine good person and very good friend to me. Wish I would have stayed in touch with him, Mona and Stephanie. Such a great and happy family whom I will always hold dear to my heart. Rest in peace Jim. Love you always !

I was very sad to hear of Jim's passing. My condolences to his family.

Jim and his crew did a lot of work on our house over the years. I always thought he was a honest, friendly and concerned that the job was done right. I've known for years that he had problems with breathing; I understood since I've had asthma for years. Yes, his problems were more serious. My husband and I will miss him. He will be missed by many.

I am blessed to have met Jim (with Mona and Mark and Michelle) on the 2014 Misfits Caribbean cruise. There was always a party at Jim and Mona's cabin! I'm amazed at how close this family of crazy Pittsburghers is. My condolences to your family. We've lost a really wonderful guy.

Dave & I knew Jim for many years at GVPC. We respected him as a leader of the church; a wonderful contractor who we couldn't do without; and a good friend. I will truly miss his Facebook postings, his joy of life, laughter, & love. Much love to the family; our deepest sympathy.

I will miss Jim more than I can express with mere words. He was a best friend who was always there for me. I will always treasure our time together. Jim lived life large and loved to laugh. I have never known a man with a bigger heart. My prayers go out to all his family.
