Robert Phelps Obituary
Robert Duane Phelps, age 63 of Festus, MO, passed away Saturday, February 11, 2023 at Puxico, MO. He was born February 17, 1959 in Mountain View, MO, the son of Jack Phelps and Norma (Dawson) Phelps.
Robert was married to Lisa Berry December 19, 1997 in Hillsboro, MO and was a long time resident of Festus. He was a retired employee for the Jefferson County Highway Department.
Preceding him in death are his parents, Jack and Norma Phelps.
Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Lisa Berry, of the home; 4 daughters, Ja'net Harness, of Bowling Green, MO, Candice Anna Mae Phelps, Lucy Elizabeth Barnes-Cody, of High Ridge, MO, Amber Alisha Volner, of Puxico, MO; 3 brothers, John Phelps, of Hillsboro, MO, Michael Phelps, of Hillsboro, MO, David Holloway, of Des Arc, MO, 3 sisters, Mary Webb, of Patterson, Debbie Karll, of Hemotite, MO, Sandy Holloway, of Clearwater, FL.
Also survivng are 10 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.

Oh Uncle rob I will always cherish the memories I have with you! I will never forget when Gary, Lisa and I were all little you’d sit us on your lap and let us drive the truck you had or times we’d spend the night at yours and aunt Lisa’s house and us having a blast there! I’m so glad to have you as my uncle and I’m so glad my babies got to know their uncle rob too! I will never let them forget you and how you used to give them chocolate pudding even when I’d say no lol we love you very very much and so glad your at peace!

Uncle rob was a big part of my childhood, I spent almost every summer with him, and aunt Lisa growing up. We went on a lot of camping trips, fun outings like drive-in movie theaters, miniature golf, or swimming. Watching my aunt and uncle as a couple was inspiring, they were each other’s best friend. There was always laughter in their home. You are dearly missed by so many people uncle rob may you rest easy in heaven.❤
