In memory of
Joe "Hoot" Wolfenbarger
October 1, 2010
Dear Nancy and Family,
It has been a lot of years since I have seen you and the news of Jim's passing has brought up many great childhood memories.
The times spent at Redfish Lake, where as a seven year old I was allowed to go on the hike to Goat Lake with the adults and visits to the Ram's training camp will stay with me forever.
"Coach Jim" was larger than life to me and he will be greatly missed.
My thoughts are with you.

Nancy-
We were so sorry to hear about Jim. He was a hero to me and I'll never forget spending the day with him at Ram's training camp. It meant a lot to me that you'd drive down to my wedding and 19 years and four kids later, I want you to know how much we care for you. God bless you, Todd Wolfenbarger

Nancy,
My condolences to you and your family. I know these past few years have been difficult. Jim was a special man and I am grateful I had the opportunity to work with him -- and you -- through the ISU Alumni office. I am so sorry for your loss.

Coach Wagstaff was very important part of our young lives through his teaching (more than just football,) coaching, and mentoring for many of us during his time at BSU. We all have so many fond memories of him. God bless Coach Wags and his family!
