I am so sorry to here of Jim's passing. I recently talked to him on his Birthday. I have been calling Jim and singing happy birthday to him for years. Jim and Nancy were wonderful people and they were wonderful friends to me. I met them many years ago where I worked at the Dormont Public Library . Such loving and caring friends and will be greatly missed by me and all who knew them. I know I will see them again in heaven someday. Sorry for the families loss and I will be praying for the Lord to comfort all of you. Sincerely, Arlene Motus

My condolences to the Warter family and Jim's god daughter. In the short time I knew Jim and Nancy ,they demonstrated what true love was. I miss Nancy and will miss Jim as well. I take comfort in the fact that they are now reunited. God bless.....Geoff Malone
