Whiteaker Family
As I read the entries in the guest book, it is obvious to me that Jim Whiteaker was a beloved father and family man. I am the son of Gary St. John Whiteaker, Henry and Mary's brother, and Ruby Whiteaker. My father passed away before I was 2, but I will always remember my mother telling me what a good man Henry was, and obviously he raised his son the same way. I am truly sorry for your loss, and I am also sorry that we haven't remained in contact over the years. I will pray for your family and please know that we feel your sadness and sorrow, and that we know that God has provided an unimaginable place, so great, and where we will all see each other again.

To Jim's Family,
I had no idea Jim was not well.I saw him last spring and had a great conversation with him. Unfortunately, I saw this announcement too late to come by to express my condolences. He was a wonderful person and will be missed.

Kathi, David, Jamie, Brian and Brooklyn,
Mr. Whiteaker was a bright light in the world--he loved his Tigers, he loved to travel, but most of all he loved his family and was proud of all of you, and of course, Mike and the boys.
Jeff, Carter, Eliza and I are holding you close in our hearts and in our prayers.
Love you.

To the family of "Big Jim",
We were members of First Baptist for years and we hold a special place in our hearts for him. We love him dearly and have missed seeing him. We moved to Ohio and haven't been able to see him. When we moved churches and returned, Big Jim was the first one to come over and hug me to welcome us back. He was a unbelievable man and so very caring. He was a teaser, for sure, and we loved to aggravate each other. Our little girls just thought the world of him, too. It saddens me to know that this world is without him, but I know that he is in heaven having a blast.
Know that each of you are in the prayers of our family.
Love and prayers,
Ann Jaeck and family

Our sympathy goes to the family of Jim. He was one of the best coworker that I worked with at Bowaters. He will never leave my heart. My wife has great love for him, when he went somewhere he always brought a spoon back to her. May God be with you always. From our hearts, Tommie and Thelma Osborne, Myrtle Beach , S.C,
