My memories of Jim were from when I was a little girl. My mother, Melva Murphy/Luker would take me to visit Jim and Judy.( I am actually named after Judy.) Jim was always smiling and happy. I felt so welcomed at Jim and Judy’s house. I really enjoyed hearing all the stories about the times that they spent together.
I wish to send my heart felt condolences to Jim’s family from my parents Sam and Melva Luker and myself . We are all truly blessed to have had such a warm and caring person as Jim in our lives.

Our sincere condolences to the Wright family. The Georgian Queen Swinging Sailors are reunited. Jimmy was a pillar in our music community and his music will be missed. We had many a great time playing on the ship together. Play On Sir.
