Jana Lee Weinmann

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jana, on May 22, 2025, after a courageous battle with Lewy Body Dementia and Parkinson's disease. Born to Laura Lee and John Beahm, Jana was raised in Seattle and graduated from Ballard High School in 1975.

Jana was the heart of her family, adored as a devoted wife to her husband, Bob, and a loving, supportive mom to Ross, Mason, and Kayli, daughter-in-law Bianca, and son-in-law Dylan. She embraced her role as stepmother to Courtney, Jake, Randee, and Joe. Her siblings, including her sister, Jodi, and nieces, Jena and Jayci, cherished her warmth and infectious spirit.

As a proud Grandmother to LeeAnne and Dakota and Nana Jana to Reed, Quinn, Jaden, and Hudson and Great Aunt to Jordyn, Lila and Eva; Jana instilled values of love and kindness that will be cherished by future generations. Her legacy is one of compassion and joy, leaving an indelible mark on her family and friends.

Jana loved life, was hardworking, and saw the best in everyone. Jana spent over 35 years as a Bus Driver for Everett Transit - always committed to keeping her passengers safe and doing her best to brighten everyone's day.

Jana enjoyed many decades spending time at the family beach house on Camano Island and trips to Mazatlan enjoying the saltwater lifestyle. She was an avid sports fan, always kept time for a little shopping, and could make anyone laugh. She was a natural caregiver who spent years taking care of her parents before they passed. Even with pets she saw the best in them all and adopted and raised way too many wild dogs over her lifetime.

Jana was a shining light to all who knew her, embodying kindness, generosity, and an unwavering dedication to her family and friends. As we remember Jana, let us celebrate her boundless love, infectious laughter, and profound impact she had on our lives. Rest in peace, Dear Jana - you will always be in our hearts. A Celebration of Life will be held with Family and Friends on July 19th.
