So sad to hear the news of Jane's passing.I knew Jane to be a great collector of fashion and was lucky enough to have helped edit her wardrobe over the last 15 years and will miss hearing about her adventures.

Shocked and saddened by the news of Jane's passing. First met her when shooting that interview with Douglas on the roof garden at Upper Street in 1985. She struck me then as tall, bright, humorous and fiercely intelligent; not unlike Douglas himself. I was delighted when she allowed me a short interview on camera herself (something I know she didn't really like doing) at one of the 'Save The Rhino' events in recent years. Here's a frame grab from that day. My heartfelt sympathies to Polly and George.

Very sad to hear of Jane's passing. We were close friends of Douglas and Jane's for many years, enjoying their witty repartee, warm hospitality, insane senses of humor, and brilliant minds. Jane was a special lady, sharp, hilarious, confident, bold, and also remarkably gifted. I particularly remember her casually cooking up a subtly fabulous gourmet dinner one evening while easily volleying big ideas with Douglas and Alan. She could multitask and and at the same time hold her own with anyone. We send our deepest sympathies to her family. We remember Jane as a beautiful, brilliant and talented lady -and so much fun to be with.
