Jane Marie (Pawlowski) Niver

Jane Marie (Pawlowski) Niver, 71, passed away peacefully on July 4, 2025, at her home in New Market, TN after a brief battle with lung cancer. Born on January 31, 1954, Jane dedicated her life to her family and community, leaving a legacy of warmth and generosity.

Jane graduated from Holbrook High School in 1972 and soon embarked on a career with Sealy, Stearns, & Foster, where she worked diligently from 1978 until her retirement in 2021. Known for her caring and loving nature, Jane was also recognized for her sharp wit and sarcasm, bringing joy and laughter to all who knew her.

She found spiritual solace and community at the First Baptist of Strawberry Plains, where she was an active member. Jane's hobbies included crochet, participating in Women of Worth, supporting Operation Christmas Child, Secret Sister, and enjoying the outdoors through camping and bowling. She cherished her time at the beach and had many fond memories of trips to Martha's Vineyard.

Jane is survived by a loving family, including her sister Martha Horgan and brother-in-law James Horgan; sister Roberta Pawlowski; sister Phyllis Williams and brother-in-law Woodrow Williams; daughter Rebecca Cupp and son-in-law Charles Cupp; grandchildren Jeffrey Niver the 2nd, Kayla Niver-Honrado, Alexis and Ricky Alfama, Jonathan Niver-Honrado, Zachary Honrado, Brandon and Talia Honrado, and Robert Honrado; great-grandchildren Madison Honrado, Urijah Garcia, Alaina Garcia, Kayse Ramos, Josiah Alfama, Kataleya Alfama, Noah Alfama, Isiah Alfama, Julianna Perotti, Illianna Perotti, Quinn Li Honrado, JP Honrado, Henry Honrado, and Tatem Honrado; and several nieces and nephews including Kristine and Vito Magri, Jamie and Richard Easterly, Nicholas Johnson, Michael Schnieder, Vanessa Williams, and Sandy and Alvin Chambers.

Jane was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Ruth (Werme) Pawlowski; her husband, Jeffrey Niver; and great-granddaughter, Emory Honrado.

Jane Marie (Pawlowski) Niver will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Her kindness and generosity will be remembered, and her legacy will continue to influence those she loved.

A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, July 18, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. @ First Baptist Church of Strawberry Plains
