Janet McKay Obituary
Jan was born and raised in Northampton Massachusetts. She received a degree from Colby-Sawyer Jr. College and continued her studies at Bates College. Jan was a licensed real estate agent and broker and managed commercial and residential properties. A lover of tennis and an avid skier for many years, Jan became a certified ski instructor in Taos where she taught hundreds to ski and love the sport as much as she did. Jan was married to G. Robert (Bob) McKay, who preceded her in death. Together, Jan and Bob had numerous adventurers skiing, hiking, fishing, and sailing.
A memorial service will be scheduled at a future date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Music from Angel Fire: https://musicfromangelfire.org
