Janet Tofin

Our sincere sympathy in the lost of your Mom. It has been 30 years since I would have seen your Mom last. I am a friend of her cousin, Sandra Treble, and have many wonderful memories of times spent at Manitou Beach at Treble's cabin. We also travelled together to B.C. with Treble's for a summer holiday in our early teen. I have been thinking lots of those memories, and my hope for you is that you have many terrific memories to hold close. Your Mom will never be forgotten, as many of our hold her in our hearts.

You don't know me, but I graduated from Evan Hardy this year. I lost my Dad to cancer in June and was searching to look at his guestbook again when I randomly found your Mom's book and knew that your name sounded familiar. I've never done anything like this before but I want to express my condolences to all of you. You will survive. My prayers are with you.

I am out of province and was saddened to hear of the passing of Janet. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of her family and friends at this time. Janet was a regular customer at our company and with her warm smile and dynamic personality was loved and known by all our staff. She will be truly missed by all.

I have been blessed to have known Janet for many years.Many wonderful memories of the Balance clothing parties in Outlook, and Emma Lake. I will always rememer Jant as a ray of sunshine, such a positive and beautiful person. Our hearts and prayers are with you .

A few years ago I had the pleasure of getting to know Janet, Darcy and the boys while on a trip to Cancun. As two young girls travelling alone, the Tofin's "adopted" my friend Erin and I for the week. We shared many laughs and lots of great memories. Whenver I think back to that trip I am always reminded of the kindness of the Tofin family and the good times we shared with them. I was so sorry to hear of Janet's passing. She was a truly special person. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
