Memorial & Celebration of Life to be held Saturday, October 1st 1:00 pm
St Peter's By The Sea Lutheran Church

Prior to the service, there is to be an open house
from 12:00-2:30 p.m. at Jan and Jakob Umlaufs home
for family and community friends at 4517 Orchard Ave., San Diego. CA 92107
Come to share and remember Jan with all those that loved and cared for her.
A closed private family service will follow at San Diego Hospice
later that evening from 5-6:30 pm in the Reflection Room and Memorial Gardens.

Jan was one of the most amazing women I have ever known. I feel blessed to have been a part of her life. She was a wonderful Mom and grandmother. She will live forever in my heart. Rest in peace Mom/Grandma Jan
