I met Janet for the first time as a little girl when I traveled with my Mom and Dad to Boston many, many years ago. She was a wonderful roller skater, swimmer, golfer, and was an avid reader, as was her husband, my half brother, Don.

When Don's and my mother went into a care center in Loveland, it was Jan who vastly improved the care Mom received as a resident there. Having had experience dealing with care centers, I so appreciated the fact that Jan always made sure that Mom was never neglected. She was cared for so much better and consistently than would have been otherwise the case.

Thank you, Janet, and I know you are now resting in peace.

I wanted to say I am so sorry for your loss. Jan was a wonderful person. We taught kindergarten religious education together. I will miss her so much!

My deepest condolences to the entire family! I will always remember Jan's love for God's children here at Saint John the Evangelist. She was a wonderful kindergarten catechist and the children and other catechists would always look up to her as she pointed the way to Christ and the love she had for God and the Church. May Jan rest in the peace of Christ.
