Mrs. Janice "Jan" Wink, age 56 passed away peacefully with her family at her side on July 5, 2015 under the care of Western Kentucky Hospice of Owensboro. Jan was born on March 16, 1959 in Lake Charles, LA to the late Glenn and Nell (Womack) Shaw.

Jan was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church; she retired from Texas Gas and Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline.

Jan leaves behind her husband of 30 years: James "Bart" Wink, sons: Jarrod (Jessica) Wink, Brennan Wink both of Owensboro, two sisters: Kim Shaw, and Jill (Mike) Shaw Brown, granddaughter: Alexis Wink, father-in-law and mother-in-law: Bill and Patti Wink, she also leaves Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

Funeral services will be Thursday July 9, 2015 at 11:00am at St. Pius X Catholic Church with Father Tom Buckman officiating, with visitation at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory on Wednesday July 8, 2015 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm with prayers at 7:30pm. Additional visitation 9:30am Thursday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory, with procession to the church. Burial will take place in Resurrection Cemetery.

Expressions of sympathy may be given to Western Kentucky Hospice or American Cancer Society/Ovarian Cancer Center. Online condolences may be made at glennfuneralhome.com
The family would especially like to thank The Heartford House of Owensboro for the care they provided to Jan and family.
