I/we remember Jan with fondness and as a good friend. Jan your sense of humour was always there as was your generosity to our family. Our kids, Darin and Taunja in particular commented soon after they heard your had passed away, "Aunty Jan made the BEST Donald Duck sounds ever."

I first met Jan in 2003 when we were volunteers with the Breast Cancer Visitor Program - both of us having been through breast cancer just a few years prior. We immediately became very close. Our birthdays were only 2 weeks apart so we always celebrated with a special lunch. We were also there for each other when we both lost an adult child. I have wonderful memories of our time together - such a very special friend - I will miss her so much. May she rest in peace and my sincere condolences to all of her family.
