Janusz,
We met when we both started in 1960, in the Renton clinic of Group Health Coop. Our offices were next to each other. We got along very well and our contact could have delopped in a close friendship, but after you left Group Health, we were both taken up by a busy life and I'm sorry we lost contact with you and Maura. I met Dr Dominik when I came here in Seattle. He was the best buddy and always smiles and laugh everyday. Nobody can beat him in any way. Dr. Janusz, we will miss you sir! Watch us there in heaven and we will see each others up there.

Dr. Dominik was the only person I could talk to in Polish! We laughed every time we spoke to each other. He will always be remembered for his optimism and great sense of humor.

Dr. Dominik was the doctor to one of my late parents.... If they were here, they would attend his services with me.

I knew Dr. Dominik from working with him at the USPS in Seattle. I always felt he was a very nice man and really cared about the employees. I was sad to read of his passing, but learned he had a very full life after retiring from his job.
