I was shocked and saddened when my son told me about Jared. I coached Jared (J-Dog)when he was 12 and he was the most coachable and versatile player I had ever met. He pitched, played SS, 2nd, wherever I needed him and he played them well. Most of all, he was a good young man.

Our thoughts are with the Jared's Family.

Jared these last year that I had classes with you and spent time with you and got to know who you were was a amazing time in my life. I'll miss you! But I'm not saying goodbye but I'll see you later! With every word you told me ever smile and laugh you shared with me I'll never forget. You'll never be forgotten you loved aventure and skateboarding. I loved seeing you and just walking with you! You were the highlight of my days! I would always want to see your smiling face and hear your voice when ever I was sad. I'll miss you! You are a dear friend Close to my heart and will always be. Christina we are so sorry for your loss. Remember that God only takes the best and he probably needed another angel. You and Jake did an awesome job as parents raising a son who excelled in life. Our thoughts, love, and prayers are with all of you.

Jared was always polite and respectful to me and my wife when coming to our home and spending time with our son Alex.

I remember coming home most days from work to our home in Leander and Jared would be out front in the street practicing his skateboard tricks, so diligent, focused and committed.

The one thing that stands out the most for me was his Beautiful and Caring smile.

You will be truly missed young man. May God be with you Jared.
