Hey Jashan,
I was working today and Shadow of the Day started playing on my iPod. Before I knew it, I was in tears, thinking about you.
I remember seeing you 2 weeks before I heard about your hospitalization. You were at the Silver Creek Chevron Gas Station (on Capital Exp) and at first when I saw you, I wasn't sure if it was you, but when I saw the Laker's jersey you were wearing, I giggled and thought "It IS Jashan"! You looked at me and gave me a shy smile (since you were always shy around me and my sister). That was my last memory of you... when I heard about what happened, I couldn't believe it. I kept asking Jyoti if it was really true.
I still can't believe it. Anytime I see a Raider's or Laker's jersey, I think about you. I was at the Staples Center 3 weeks ago and when I walked in, I thought about you and how you would have loved it.
Rest in peace, sweet one. You are always in our memories.

My little brother... I love you and I miss you so much. You were such an amazing person and perfect in everyway. I still don't understand why God had to take you back. It's not fair. I wish we could have had you for just a little while longer. I would have told you how proud I am of you and how much I love you. You were one of a kind and you wanted nothing more in life than to see everyone happy. When I close my eyes, I can see you smiling at me. You left a big hole in everyone's heart the day God called you back to him, but we will all forever cherish your memory and your kindness.
