CHURCH, Jason Robert 19 years, of Leamington, on Friday January 27, 2006, surrounded by his family. Loving son of Terry and Val Church, and big brother to Jami-Lee. Nephew of Carol and Ken Lotsberg, Donna and Bob Corlett, Sandy and Rick Simpson, Jim and Pat Church, Bill and Patti Church, Don Church and Bev Havens, George and Cheryle Church, Darlene and Chris Dundas, Bob Lotsberg, Tracey Petahtegoose, Joe Petahtegoose, Terri-Lynne Petahtegoose,and Paulette Petahtegoose. Grandson of Susan Petahtegoose. Great grandson of Jacoba Lotsberg. Special great nephew of Peggy Laundrie. Jason is survived by many great aunts and uncles, and cousins. Predeceased by grandparents Don and Jane (Granny) Church, Myles Lotsberg, Bev Petahtegoose, and Terry Petahtegoose. Jason attended Essex District High School in the Community Living Program. Visiting at the Reid Funeral Home, 14 Russell St., Leamington (326-2631), Monday 2-5 & 7-9 p.m.. Funeral Service to celebrate Jason's life will be held from the funeral home on Tuesday, January 31, 2006, at 11 a.m.. Rev. Larry Forsyth officiating. Interment Lakeview Cemetery. Memorial donations made by cheque to the Essex County Association of Community Living Program c/o Essex District High School or charity of your choice would be appreciated. Dear Terry, Val and Jami-Lee:

We were so sorry to hear the news of Jason passing, he was such a lively spirit and a huge presence wherever he went. You are all in our thoughts and prayers. The pain of losing someone you love dearly is deep, but we hope you will find comfort knowing Jason was loved and will always be remembered by those who knew him.
