Jason Farley Obituary
Jason was a great mind and pursued life with an immeasurable amount of potential and focus, along with a passion that was unequaled. He will always reside in our minds and be loved in our hearts and we thank his family and friends for taking time to remember him with us.
He is survived by his mother and father, 4 brothers and 3 sisters, 5 nephews and 2 nieces, a grandmother, and many uncles, aunts, cousins, and other loving family members.
Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, November 13, 2014 from 9:30am to 10:30am at the Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East, followed by a graveside service at 11:00am at the Mt Olivet Cemetery, 1345 East 500 South. Online tributes and memories can be posted at: www.HolbrookMortuary.com
