Jason Blake Haley

Jason Blake Haley, 60, of Colleyville, TX, passed away on September 24, 2023. He was surrounded by his wife and daughters, while they read scripture from his bibles. Born on March 9, 1963, Jason was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend.

Jason was a very outgoing individual in his youth, and as he grew older, he became more private, cherishing time spent with his loved ones. Known for his sense of humor, he always had a joke up his sleeve and brought laughter to those around him. Jason was a keen observer of people and an attentive listener. He carried a harmonica with him at all times and had a deep appreciation for music of all genres. He was a devoted believer who wanted to share the love of the Lord with everyone he encountered. Jason took great pride in his family and was always vocal about how proud he was of them.

Survived by his wife of 38 years, Kimberly Haley, daughter India Maine and son-in-law Jeff Maine, granddaughters Kenzie and Sadie Maine, daughter AjaLeigh Haley and future son-in-law Brandon Duckworth, parents Douglas and Alice Haley, brother Doug Haley and sister-in-law Lynn Haley, as well as several nieces, nephews, friends, and his church family.

Jason attended Keller High School and furthered his education at Baylor University and The University of North Texas. His career began as a tile mason, working alongside his family's custom home building business. Passionate about his craft, he spent over 45 years as a tile mason, even constructing his own custom homes.

Jason worshipped at Crosscreek Church in Colleyville, TX, where he found solace and community. He valued his faith deeply, and it was an integral part of his life.

In his free time, Jason enjoyed playing and watching football, singing and playing the harmonica, playing dominos, fishing, spending time with his dogs, and vacationing at the beach and in the mountains. However, his greatest joy came from being surrounded by his family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Jason at Crosscreek Church in Colleyville, TX, on Saturday, October 14th, at 2pm.
