Jasper L. "Jack" Bahm Obituary
Jack was born May 27, 1937, in Uneedis, Louisiana, a son of the late Leon Phillip Bahm and Shoule Baham Bahm.
Jack was a veteran of the U.S. Army having received the Good Conduct Medal and Army of Occupation Medal (Berlin). He was self-employed in the construction and carpentry business for many years.
In addition to his parents, Jack was preceded in death by his son, Jackie Lee Bahm; sisters, Irene Lee and Claudie Pierre; and brothers, Simon Bahm and Kenzie Bahm.
He is survived by his wife, Ruby Routh Gibson Bahm; daughters, Glenda Cheryl Hardister and husband Rod, Wendy Lemmons and husband William, and Sonya Bailey and husband James; step-sons, Aaron Gibson, Larry Bridges and David Bridges; step-daughter, Katrina Lutz; brothers, Glen Baham and wife Peggy, Clifford Bahm and wife Janie, and DeWitt Bahm and wife Debbie; sisters, Emmy Flott, Sally Wood and husband Jerry, Waline Veal and husband Butch, Clemmie Hitchings, and Dixie May Hart and husband Larry; ten grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
