45, passed away on November 13, 2019. He is survived by mother, Rachel Hernandez (Jorge),girlfriend, Samantha Moreno, children, Marisela Monique Hernandez, Jasmine Renee Morehose and Javier Antonio Hernandez, Jr., grandchildren, Aliyana, Isabella and Anahi, siblings, Chilo Hernandez (Chelsea Coffman) and Isela Jaquez (Tony Gonzales), nieces and nephews, Aubriella, Santi, Memo, Ari, Lilli, and Naya uncles, Manuel Hernandez and Jerry Hernandez, cousin Max Godinez in addition to a host of other cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandparents and his aunts, Corine and Isabel. Memorial service will be held 11 am Sunday, November 17, 2019 at The Source Church Wichita, 445 N. Market St, Wichita, KS 67202. A Home-Going celebration will be held on 1 pm Sunday, November 24, 2019 at Bourbon Street, 3863 S. Seneca Street.

Jav was more than a friend he was my brother, he was there for me in one of the worst times of my life because that's just who he was. He will never be forgotten and always appreciated & loved. Rest easy brother and spread those glorious wings
