Jay Conrad Belniak

I was so sorry to hear about Jay! He was extremely helpful when I was taking the online courses for my master's degree. He never hestitated with my endless questions. Even though I never met him in person, he will be greatly missed!

My sincere condolences to the Belniak family. Jay was so very helpful to me while in the PHI program at UIC. I can still here his helpful voice as I think of him. Thank you Jay...we'll miss you very much.

I am so sorry to hear this. I am an on-line student of UIC, Jay is the coordinator of this MPHI program. He is such a great person that always available to answer my questions regarding this program. He will also be missed by all my classmates.

I can't believe it. I am so sad about the loss of Jay, who was such a joy to work with. Whenever I spoke with Jay about anything, it always left a smile on my face. He will be missed by me and many others. Rest in peace, jcb.

I just heard of Jay's passing and am saddened to hear that he is no longer with us. Most of my interaction with Jay at UIC was limited to e-mail, but he was great to work with. I always knew that I could count on him, and his dedication to his students is something that I will continue to admire.

We have great memories of Jay from Northwestern University and all those tailgate parties and football games back when we were all younger. Jay truly had a "playful nature" and a delightful sense of humor.
