We were sorry not to be there for you and can only hope you understand. More than most Mike can sympathize having lost both his parents. If there is anything we can do don't hesitate to call.

We're sorry about your loss. We didn't know Mr. Winters well, but know what a void he leaves in your lives. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.

We have known and loved Mr. Winters and the Winters' family for many years. We grew up in the Bristol Church along with the Winters' family. Mr. Winters gave much time and love to State Street Church of Christ. He truly loved and cherished all members of the church, including those of us who moved on to churches in other localities. He always welcomed us with open arms when we visited. So instead of "goodby" we will say, "see you later!"

I am so sorry about the loss of your grandfather. Being very close to my own grandfather, I understand what that loss can do. Remember that you will see him again one day, and he is now with his beloved wife. Also remember the small things which the two of you did because they are the most important.
