I had known Jay from our college days and were together at the SBI for a brief while. Ever since we used to 'smile' at each other through Facebook pages. A thorough gentleman who always took extra care about the sentiments of others, he was a quiet presence. I grieve with the thousands who had known him and felt the shock of suddenly losing him. My sincere prayers with the family at this difficult moment. Om Shanti

Jay will be missed terribly, yet for many reasons his life needs to be celebrated and memorialized.
Rani had the special privilege to enjoy his love all through her life right from her young age.
Lakshmi, Rishi, and Parvathy had the special privilege of being with him and enjoying his affection, care and guidance all through their life. I am sure Jay was instrumental in the morphing of Lakshmi and Rishi into such powerful musicians
Jay's inordinate passion (may be obsession) and knowledge in music has resulted in creating a culture and prominence for music amongst the Indian diaspora in the Northeast through the different cultural organizations including Pattu Party. This is priceless
Jay was an extremely successful business leader leading and growing a global plant based organization into prominence and great success
Above all, Jay's life principles clearly demonstrated that the purpose of religion is to serve as a platform to connect (not dis-connect) different people and communities, and liberalism is a virtue and not a burden.
He, through his life, showed us the value of genuiness
Jay's focus in life was not leaving something for the people, but leaving something in people the sign of true and genuine Legacy. He will live in OUR hearts

Jayasankar was a fine gentleman. I had the opportunity to work with him when Sabinsa supported many GOPIO and Kerala Center programs. He was a Life member of the Global Organization of People of Indian Origin (GOPIO). Organized two Health Summits under GOPIO Health Council with the sponsorship from Sabinsa, which was represented by Jay at these meetings in 2018 and 2019. The Keral Center honored him for his Corporate Leadership in 2019. We will miss him.
Conveying heartfelt condolences to the family and friends from GOPIO. May his rest in peace.
