We knew Paul and Jean as wonderful neighbours and friends. We stayed in touch after Jean's move but I missed her smiling face and cheery "Good Mornings". Jean loved her family and she will be sorely missed by all who knew her. She was one great lady. Now may she rest in peace.

My sons and I had the pleasure of being neighbors of Jean in Varsity Village for years. Jean was a wonderful, gracious lady with a heart of gold. I loved her smile and she always had something positive to say in every situation. When my son was young he use to refer to Jean as the 'nice lady two doors down'. Rest in peace Jean, the world will miss a person like you and heaven is lucky to have you.

We are so sad to hear of the passing of Aunty Jean. My memories of her are of her caring, sweet nature and her smile that she shared often. I was always comforted that she was always "next door". Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Our Grandma will be greatly missed. We have many cherished memories of her great sense of humour, her love of family, and her wonderful recipes. She always welcomed everyone into her home and was a gracious hostess. Some of our favourite things Grandma made us includes: carmel roll, sunbuckles, sticky icing, lemon squares, gingerbread men and her world famous pies and fresh bread. Grandma would always surprise us with the funny things that she said and had the greatest laugh. We will miss you Grandma!!!

Jean was a friend above all others.
She was a kind, "generous" and all round wonderful person. She will be missed.

Jean and I were friends for the past forty years. We met while bowling together and going for many memorable lunches. We looked forward to getting Christmas cards from her every year and I shall surely miss her.

Our condolences to the family.
