I'm so sorry to learn of Mrs. Maurer's death. I always enjoyed visiting with her whenever I ran into her over the years, usually after mass at Assumption. She was always so kind to me. May she Rest In Peace, reunited with her loved ones in heaven. Prayers for the family during this difficult time.

I worked at Allentown College (AKA: DeSales University) with Jean in the 1980s.
Jean was the best. I loved her.
I could use an angel right now. Jean will be mine!
Sending prayers to the family.

Jean was an essential part of my experience at Allentown College....While I only knew her for 4 years, I can still remember her smile, laugh, warmth, and most especially her kindness. As her family I extend to you my deepest sympathies, my God grant you grace and peace during this sad time.

To Jean's friends and family,
I am so sorry to hear of Jean's passing. I only met her once. It was a couple of weeks ago at Sacred Heart Senior Living. I was visiting a friend of mine and met her then. We all sat in the lobby and had a wonderful talk. Turned out her daughter, Sharon, was in my high school graduating class. I was so looking forward to seeing her again when I came back to visit. Such a sweet lady. My thoughts and prayers go out to Jean's family and friends.
