Jean-Robert GAUTHIER

GAUTHIER, Jean-Robert 1943 - 2017 After a lengthy battle with illness, Jean-Robert passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at age of 73. He has gone to join his beloved wife, Françoise Ouellet Gauthier, who passed away on October 12. He was the son of Aline Lapalme Gauthier and late Marcellin Gauthier. He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Marie-Christine (Evan MacDonald) and by his sons Philippe (Sophie Loiselle) and Gérard (Ancilla Ndihokubwayo). Special grandfather of Hannah, Myriam, Marguerite, Aimé, Flavie and Gabriella. Dear brother to Louise (Jim McGarry) and Maurice (Christine Manners). Jean-Robert will be missed by his brothers-in-law Gilles (Mireille Therrien) and Bernard (Marie-Reine Cluniat), many nieces and nephews and by close family and friends. Visitation will be held at the COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L'OUTAOUAIS, 95 Cité des Jeunes Boulevard in Hull, on Friday, November 17 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at Notre-Dame de la Guadeloupe Church, 30 St-Onge Street in Hull, on Saturday, November 18 at 11 a.m. The family will receive condolences as of 10:15. Donations in memory of Jean-Robert to Gîte-Ami would be appreciated. The family wishes to thank the staff at the Hull Hospital for their excellent care.
