My Mom was the best friend I ever had .She was wise and never hesitated to say the truth. I will miss her beyond what mere words can express. Mom was fun to be around, we always laughed together . Mom was the strongest person I ever met ,she never complained . I asked her why she didn't complain about how hard her life was and she said dwelling on the negative would only make it harder. That is the most important lesson I learned from her. She would want everyone to live there life to the fullest ,laugh often and love deeply .She wanted so bad to make it back to Mexico she joked in chemo about it .I will go back for you but it won't be the same without you. I know your spirit will always be with me. I ask everyone write three things down you want to do before you die and do them .That would be the biggest tribute to my Mom.
Love ya Mom

I'll miss you Jean. You were the light of so many people's lives, including my own. You were a rock during trying times and you still are. I'll take from you the strength that you had and carry it on as my own. Thank you for all that you were and all you will always be.

My sister Jeanie, as I always called her, was beautiful and full of grace. She quietly and lovingly dedicated her life to her family. Her legacy is her family and a wonderful legacy it is.

Jean was my big sister. She was always there for me as I was growing up. I remember she loved to scare us and tell us wonderful stories. I used to love to visit her in Poughkeepsie when I was a teen. Jean worked hard all her life and her sisters and I will miss her terribly. My love goes out to all her children, grandchildren, and her other sisters Katleen and Helen. With Love, Aunt Betty (Elizabeth) McGovern

My grandma was a very good friend, and when she got very sick, i wished she would feel better. Then she got way more sick, so I figured she might not make it. I know in my heart that she shall never leave though, even if she died.
