I am heartbroken regarding the passing of "Auntie". It has taken me a long time to mourn and write this message in her guest book. I have memories of Auntie dating back to the early 1950's. The Bissett Children lived up the hill through the field on Elm Street. With our cousin, Rodney, we would travel through the field back and forth over many summers and slide on the hill after each fresh snow during the winters. I will never forget Auntie maintained this extraordinary Peony flock just outside her kitchen door at the top of the stairs leading to her white house. During the 1980's & 1990's, my grandmother, Claudia lived near the Town Hall and the River. I would always return for several weeks during the summer. I enjoyed staging NYC style cocktail parties and dinner parties for Jeanette and Anita (Bobby's Wife) Trahan. They always came each day and these social events were among the best parties I ever attended. Aunt Jeanette was a fabulous & entertaining conversationalist. Jeanette was my last living link to my Grandmother, Claudia, Memer, Louise & Pepe, Henry (Allaire) and to an era now bygone. Auntie Jeanette had always been there my entire life. I planned to visit NH this summer 2020 and devote the trip exclusively to her. The passing of time and historical circumstance.

I was saddened to hear of Aunt Jeanette's passing, but where lives pass, memories carry on forever. I have such wonderful memories of spending summers at Burns Pond. May she rest in eternal peace.
Wishing the Trahan family peace and comfort during this difficult time.

I will certainly miss seeing our, "Queen", everyday for coffee socials and exercise classes. She was a true inspiration for the other residents and staff alike. Jeanette, you will be missed. Much love to the Trahan family.
