Former Resident of Lafayette & Martinez, Ca.
Jeanne was born in Hammond, Indiana. She moved to California in her twenties. She was a homemaker, a retail salesclerk, administrative assistant, and later retired from the Contra Costa Sheriff's Department. She recently moved to Brentwood to be close to her daughters.
Jeanne was preceded in death by sons Mathew and Carter, and sister Marilyn. She is survived by daughters Allison (Kevin) Hartwig and Erin (Craig) Vreeland and five grandchildren: Katey, Tanner, Jaime, Nicholas and Jake. She also leaves behind brother Richard and nieces and nephews.
A gathering of family and close friends will be held at the Hartwig residence Feb. 19.
