Jeanne Scheunemann Novak

Mrs. Novak taught me how to sew clothes. My first project was a teal colored v-neck shift with a zipper down the back. After I had sewn in the zipper, I was supposed to rip out the zipper seam so the zipper was exposed. Well, instead, I ripped out the entire zipper. Mrs. Novak said, "Oh no! MaryAnn! Now you have to do it all over again!" I was so embarrassed. She had so many talents and enjoyed sharing them. I hope she enjoyed a joyous and full life.
