Jeanne Robinson Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on May 31, 2018.
Jeanne Louyse Robinson was born January 21, 1947 in Charleston, WV to the late Robert and Barbara Taylor Robinson. God called Jeanne home on Thursday May 31, 2018 in Charleston, WV.

Jeanne was a member of the Levi First Missionary Baptist Church, Senior Usher Board, Corresponding Secretary of the Levi Sunday School, Former Vacation Bible School Director, former Sunday School Teacher, and currently was Mission Project Leader of the Levi Discipleship Sunday School Class.

Jeanne graduated from DuPont High School in 1964. She was a C & P Telephone Company retiree with 25 years of service and was a Pioneer.

Jeanne was a generous and giving person, always seeking those who had needs and meeting those needs.

Jeanne leaves to cherish her memory her beloved son, Christopher and wife Cher, grandchildren (my friends) Christian Alexander and Morgan Taylor Robinson of Boca Raton, FL.; sister, Mary of Charleston; brother, William and wife Andrea Robinson of Cross Lanes; nephews, Bruce Purnell; aunt, Mrs. Carol (James) Isaac of Washington, DC; close friends, Vanessa Singleton, Pat Cardwell, Vickie Estep and Linda Eggleton and a great hose of relatives and friends especially the children of the Levi Sunday School.

She was also preceded in death by a brother, Robert (Beeps) Robinson.

The family will receive friends for a Celebration Home Going Wake at 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Wednesday June 6, 2018 at Levi First Missionary Baptist Church followed immediately by a graveside service at 1:00 PM at Spring Hill Cemetery, Charleston officiated by Pastor James C. Jackson Sr.
