I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Madame Ruggles. She was a wonderful teacher and I will never forget my high school French classes with her. She was innovative and passionate about the French language and an inspiring teacher. I think of her often especially when I travel in French speaking countries! Thank you Madame Ruggles for your dedication to your students and the French language.

TOM. we didn't get to spend nearly enough time with the two of you but your love and devotion to each other was apparent and will always serve as a model for us as we make our next journey. Take care of yourself and your family, keep on "Being Prepared" and wash the jam off of that cat before you go out to play. ..your friend, Huck.

"Tom: Your fellow musicians love you and your generous, expressive spirit. Your Maple Sugar Jazz Band friends wish you comfort in knowing that we mourn your loss of Janot, whom you have so lovingly mentioned faithfully in your vocal choruses of "My Blue Heaven". Whenever you sang "Just Janot and Me", we were inspired by your devotion to her. You both have set a heartwarming example for the rest of us.
We have you both in our hearts."

Sending prayers and thoughts at this time to all of the Ruggles family. A time to treasure special memories; Kayla and I particularly remember wonderful holiday meals and special times at the Maine house. "Mimi"
had a beautiful generousity and calmness that will be missed.
