Jeannie, where do I start....you were the one that introduced us to a community of wonderful people by way of the first night I walked into the Valley. There by myself, you took the time to introduce yourself & some of the local people who have since become our friends. Over the years I sooo looked forward to coming to the Valley to see what fun cracks you could toss my way while always taking Andrea's side.... the lively witty banter between all of us will be sorely missed. You, my friend, are one of a kind! Bobby G. & Andrea will miss you oh so very much. In the next couple weeks while I am eating the chocolate walnut pie that we both love so much, I will be fondly thinking of you. Till we see you again.

To the LeFrancis family and Lisa Friedberg.

I met Jeannie at the Lamplighter but Lou met her much earlier at the Chateau Roberto. Our hearts go out to all who knew Jeannie, she was one of a kind and there will never be another person that even remotely gets close to her. During the Lamplighter years Jeannie would drive me on Sunday nights to Merrigan's after we finished work because Lou was bartending. She was always that giving and loving girl! There are so many memories of laughter and hard work and let's not forget the Christmas parties and Saint Pat's Days at the Lamplighter! I am happy my children knew Jeannie she always had a smile and a kiddie cocktail for them with extra cherries and she always took time to talk to them. She had a way of making them feel special even when she was crazy busy. We enjoyed seeing her at the Valley over the past dozen years and even though my children are all grown she always asked about them and teased Lou and I! She just never changed, and I am sure heaven is a better place because of Jeannie. Kate and Lou Kimberlee (Winner) and Sean Commarato

I do not think she realized how many lives she has touched with her friendly smile and quick wit. Jeannie always listened to what my kids had to say like it was the most fascinating information she has ever heard. We are going to miss you 'Miss. Jeannie'!

All these wonderful thoughts and words still do not touch on the very special person that was Jeannie. I will cherish the memories of laughing around the table with her and our friends. Jeannie was so funny. She was full of insight and certainly was not afraid to share it. I will forever be honored to have known her. I wish peace and healing to her family and the many friends who mourn this terrible loss.

Dear LeFrancis family,
It was an honor to know Jeannine. I won't ever forget the days at the Lamplighter with my mom, dad, brother, and grandfather while she tended bar. She was so vibrant and sweet. As I grew up and she moved on to The Valley, I would come in with my parents at times and she would be there always asking how I was doing and if I was ok. She was a real class act, and although I haven't spent much time with her over the years, she is not a woman I am likely to forget. God Bless your family and Lisa F during this difficult time from all the Commarato's.

Jeannie, I know you are at peace in God's arms. I enjoyed working with you at the Valley years ago & I have thought about you often & so have my children since we moved. You always made my children feel special all the time. They remember the twizzlers you use to give them. My heart is very heavy and you will be missed. You were truly an incredible person & now you are one of God's angel. Until we meet again. RIP my friend.

I can remember how every summer we would fly out to New Jersey to visit our grandparents and the first thing we wanted to do was go to The Valley to see Jeanie! She was always so kind to us and always lit up the room with her energy and smile. Jeanie, you will truly be missed, thank you for all of the great memories.

Dear Jeannie,
You may never have known how we felt about you, but - Jan and I loved you. For your kindness, your honesty, and your friendship. I will always remember that when my wife Jan passed, and I realized she would come back to me somehow in pink. The next time I went to The Valley - you said "I'm gonna make you something Pink!". You had never made me anything Pink. You Knew. Just as you know now - you are loved! You will be missed by so many. I am glad I got to give you a big hug the last time I saw you. Rest in peace Jeannie - you were, and will forever be, a beautiful friend. <3

Jeannie, knowing you was an exceptional experience. You were a very vibrant person who spoke boldly, but compassionately and cared about so many neat things. We will see you in every wave that makes its way to the shore. We will see you in every crisp blue sky and shining stars at night. Your gone too soon but your legacy will live on in the many great memories you and others created one moment and one person at a time. The Valley will never be the same. I hear your laughter echoing...love and peace to all those whose hearts are simply broken and their spirits crushed at this time. I weep with you...
