We've lost a smart and dedicated researcher. I'm one of her coauthors and we get inquiries about how to apply that paper regularly. We colleagues will miss her.

I worked with Jeannine at the University of Washington. She was a talented scientist and a kind, caring person. I am fortunate to have known her.

Jaye touched my life in a way I will never forget. Just her wonderful spirit and go get it attitude. Beverly I will forever cherish our Austin weekend together, and the fact that you all had me looking all over Austin for some Fish and Grits. LOL

Truly she has touched my life and will always hold a special place in my heart, as you all do.

I so wish I could be with you all tomorrow, but just know that even though I am unable to you all will be constantly on my mind.

Love,
Sallie

Bro./Sis. Skinner and Family,
My tears can never equal the pain and love you have for your beautiful, smart, caring and Christian daughter, Jeannine. When I heard of her departure, I was very grieved. She was certainly one of God's wonderful creatures. When I was attending 20th Street, I noticed what a shiny and lovely spirit she had. She will always be a part of my heart. I pray that the Lord will grant all of you the strength and support to bear the loss of your dear one.

Jeannine and I met at Schrader Lane Church of Christ. She affectionately called me "Auntie". My family and I had dinner with her in Charlotte on August 12th. The last thing she said to me was "I love you Auntie". Jeannine was an intelligent and loving person and is missed deeply.

Jeannine was always full of light, love and motivation. We would always talk about food, fitness and anything fun. I'll never forget the laughs we had or the memories we shared! She was a beautiful woman with a amazing spirit and she ended every appointment with a hug as she would say " Love you Friend". I'll always remember her and she will be truly missed ..

We met at a mutual friends wedding, I've watched you via Facebook accomplish, move forward and succeed. Your energy and heart inspired me that there is some good out there. An opportunity missed by me to be a true friend and to have one, for that I'm sorry.
