Jeffery Armstrong Obituary
The funeral will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Myers-Reed Chapel on 25th Street with the Rev. Steve Greene officiating. Calling will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday and from 9:30 a.m. until service time Saturday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the donor's choice of charities.
Mr. Armstrong is survived by his parents, Victor M. and Patricia E. Kelly Armstrong of Hartsville; a brother, Bradley M. Armstrong of Hartsville; and a grandmother, Cona Whittenberg Armstrong of Columbus.
Jeff was preceded in death by his grandpaarents, Margie & Roy H. Kelly and Claude Armstrong.

Pat, Vic & Brad - There are no words at a time like this to help in your grief. Jeff truly was one of a kind. Under that rough exterior was a man who would go out of his way to help anyone in need. My fondest memory of Jeff was recently when we were forming the volleyball team at work. I’m not sure he really wanted to play but said he would do it because he knew mom would have fun and she didn’t get to have enough fun. Even in something like that he thought you, Pat, above himself. A beautiful light has gone out and he will be greatly missed.
