So sorry I was out of town. Linda was my dearest friend. Maybe we could have lunch somewhere. Take care. Cheryl

I remember working with Jeff and our trips to the library. He was always a joy to be around and his laughter was contagious. He was also a master at playing Connect Four. His joy will be sadly missed. I’m sure he is making everyone laugh in heaven.

Jeff always had a smile on his face. Always. He was a miracle to survive that awful car accident. I knew Jeff since when were little boys. I credit his father for teaching me how to tie my shoes. I'm sure mom was glad to see him come through those Pearly gates. Rest easy, my friend !

I remember Jeff playing soccer at Oakland and I played at Riverdale. We played against each other on the hard turf at MTSU. Those slide tackles were rough. I didn't play much but was on defense when I did, and he was a good soccer player. Rob Lane brought back memories of club soccer and high school PJ Lukasick, Wally Dudiak, keeper Eddie White and others (great memories back in the day as both Riverdale and Oakland didn't like each other a true rivalry in every sport)
Jeff Dodson was a good soccer player and what he had to go through
in his life I would wish on no one. He is in a better place now with family. RIP Jeff Dodson you will be missed and already are by family
and friends in the soccer community and other communities.

Jeff and I were a part of a group that ran together in HS. We called him "Beaker" from the Muppets. Boy, he just loved that!!
Then years after his accident, I worked with Jeff at the Rutherford Adult Activity Center. We cried and hugged when we saw each other. Just as flirtatious as ever!!
One day I took in my senior album to remind Jeff of our group. He laughed and cried and the same time. What a treasure he was. Till we meet again Beaker, and we are riding "the hills" in heaven!!

Joe, Johnathon, Jeff is healed and whole again just like he use to be walking and talking with family that have gone before him. He was such a joy to have in school and I have many fond memories of both Jeff, Johnathon from those years at Reeves Rogers. Linda has Jeff with her now they are reunited, leaving loving family here, find comfort in the fact you all will be reunited at some point. Know you and the rest of your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. Jeff was loved by many

Jeff was an amazing person and a great soccer player. I went to soccer camp with him at Indiana University and he was an amazing player. This news is a total shock to hear, but I am joyful he was able to grace all of us with his presence despite that horrible accident many years ago. To Jeff’s family, please accept my sincere condolences on his passing and take comfort he is in a better place.

I remember Jeff as a loving son and brother - as a good friend and a true soccer star. I remember Jeff’s smile and good hugs. I remember his achievements and plans for attending university. I remember all the balloons and cards and friends Jeff had in his rehab after his accident. I know he is in heaven with his mother with his new body. My love to his family. Jeff was a wonderful person - I treasure my memories of him. I pray for peace and joy in the morning for all who loved Jeff.

Jeff was a remarkable young man. He was loved by all who knew him. He loved to laugh when he was being mischievous. Like when I would visit with bags of groceries on both arms and he would try to step on my feet. His mother was his biggest cheerleader. She always saw that he had everything he needed and wanted. They are now reunited and playing game after game of trouble and he will win every time. Condolences to his family.
