I have many happy memories of Jeff. His wit and humor were what I will remember most. His trip to California with my family were some of the best times of my childhood. I pray that his family including Aunt Mary Ann, Bob Jr. Marcia, and Joel Francois find peace and comfort in the memories of him and his life. Love you all.

Like Julio Serrano, I also worked with Jeff at the DPD. I always wondered where he went and what he did after leaving the department. Jeff was funny and his stories were the best! Condolences to his family and friends.

My heart is truly aching, Jeff an I patrolled the streets of Davenport numerous times as partners. Jeff was a very dear friend of mine and many times I wondered were and what he was doing with his life. In the 70's and 80's Jeff and I would meet to talk COP stuff. You will be missed partner. RIP. My condolences Carol and Francois family.
