After high school, Jeff earned a BA Degree at UW Oshkosh in 1973. After a brief stint serving as the Great Iowa Corn God, he moved to Wisconsin and settled in Beaver Dam in 1973. Jeff began his career in real estate in 1975 and purchased the Century 21 Office in 1983. He was a Past President of the Wisconsin Relators Association. Jeff loved the Beaver Dam Community and was active in many ways. Jeff will be missed as the auctioneer at the many charitable events he gave his time and talents to through the years. Jeff believed strongly in the Beaver Dam Chamber of Commerce and loved serving as an Ambassador for many years. Jeff had a wonderful sense of humor that permeated everything he did. He enjoyed golf, fast cars, scuba diving and the Caribbean. Most of all, Jeff enjoyed spending time with his family – until he fell asleep in his chair. Survivors include his wife, Shirley Kitchen of Beaver Dam; two daughters, Dawn (Jim Nicholson) Kitchen of Mansfield, OH and Dana Kitchen of Minneapolis, MN; two grandchildren, Dylan and Nash Nicholson; three brothers, Tim (Mary) Frank of Kansas City MO, Chris (Elizabeth Valsing) Frank of Chapel Hill, NC, and Jack (Darlene) Kitchen of Arizona; nieces, nephews, Shirley's family, and three dogs. Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, Christine and Shorty Frank and Carl Kitchen. A great loss to his family, friends, and Beaver Dam. He was a wonderful loving friend to my mother, Myrtle Clifton, and for that I will always be grateful. He always brought her a big pot of geraniums for Mothers Day.
My sincerest sympathies to Shirley and the rest of his family and loved ones.

We loved Jeff when he did the pork chop dinner for First Lutheran. Always a great night of laughter. He is the only man we knew that could bring in so much for a birdhouse. He will be sadly missed.
