We all have lost a dear friend, but find consolation in the celebration of his life. I became a close friend of Jeff back in third grade at Elizabeth Green school in Newington. We both participated in numerous activities including Boy Scouts, High School Band, and a drum and bugle group that participated in competitions in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
For the past forty years we had annual New Years Eve party's, and enjoyed dinners and other activities at each others homes. For the past fifteen years we have attended monthly breakfasts and lunches with a group of friends from our 1959 graduation class from Newington High school. These are small but meaningful reflections of the celebration of a life extraordinaire regarding numerous friends from the past.

To Terry and family, you have my deepest condolences for your loss. I had the pleasure of working with Jeff at Whelen from 1994 until he retired and he was such a great guy! He had a refreshingly positive perspective on life and he could always make me laugh with his Mark Twain-like witticisms. I am thankful for having him in my life, as he made it just a little brighter.

So sorry to hear the news. I remember Jeff as a gentle, kind man with a great sense of humor. Very talented and loved his life, his children and grandchildren. And Terry! You are all in our hearts and thoughts!

Terry, I was saddened to read of your Brother´s passing. I never met him, but he sounds like a wonderful, talented man who contributed to the lives of so many. I´m sure he will be missed greatly by all who knew him.
