I used to hang out with Jeff during high school. He was a year younger than me and we both lived in Oreland. We also caddied together at Manny's and he was so skilled at golf. I enjoyed swapping cassettes with him. I remember he really liked the Pixies. He was so hysterical and hyped up with infectious energy. I caught up with him on Facebook and his posts were always humorous. I decided to look him up today and found this page. I wondered where he had went. My heart goes out to his family.

I was sad to learn of Jeff's passing. I happened to see Jeff in Starbuck's in Chestnut Hill a few years ago. We hugged, then talked of shared memories like Oreland Little League, where I coached him and my son, Bobby. Jeff proudly spoke of his young family and also let me know that he was struggling with cancer. I was moved my his candor, but would not have expected anything less. It was a very special encounter that I will hold dear in my heart forever.

Jeff was a friend to my brother B.J. Foster. He was often a visitor at my parents' home. I remember Jeff fondly and enjoyed his wit! Sending prayers to his family.

We just learned about Jeff's passing. We're so sorry for your loss. A conversation with Jeff was always guaranteed to be interesting. His edgy humor belied his deep intelligence and powers of observation. Our hearts go out to you the family, and especially the boys. Much love.

I worked with Jeff for many years. He had a one-of-a-kind whit and sarcasm, which lightened the mood at work. In addition, he had a great work ethic. Although I have only been in touch with Jeff through social media since he left the company, I will miss his hilarious updates and his clear love for his boys.

I worked with Jeff for many years before he took a job with another company. He was hands down one of the funniest individuals I ever met, but also was extremely sharp and witty. I was able to keep tabs on Jeff thru social media and see his various posts that illustrated his pure joy and love of his sons and how much he cared for them. I hope that his family can one day find peace and understanding.

I worked with Jeff for years a number of years ago.
He was a intelligent, hard working great person. On some of my most difficult days I took comfort with the fact that I had Jeff on the team and he would find a solution to whatever problem faced us. He was a great problem solver and had a great mind. A great sense of humor. I enjoyed his sarcastic wit. I will always remember Jeff and if you knew him you would as well.
