One of the best soldiers I ever worked with. He was my 1SG in HHC 3/73 Armor, 82ABN . I was about 19 , or 20 years old. I ran into him a few years back in Walmart, I was surprised he remembered me . My condolences to his family

I remember Jeff while we were both employed at USASOC Headquarters. He always had a smile and good sense of humor. It was a pleasure to see him everyday. I'm sorry to hear of his passing. He was a good man. My prayers are with his family and friends. He will be missed.

I worked with SGM Setzer for about 10 years at SF after we retired from active duty. He was a team player! Example: We were working one night and I was shift leader. About halfway through the shift I came down with some kind of virus or something. I got pure sick and miserable. Jeff sent me packing, took over and handled everything, and never said a word. They don't make 'em like that anymore.

Jeff worked for me as a security guard for approximately 10 years at the SF Headquarters on Fort Bragg! Jeff was a faithful employee and friend. I am sad to say that I missed his memorial
Service. I did not see the information until it was too late! May God be with his family during the trying time!!
