Jeffrey SYLVESTER

I missed the opportunity to meet Jeff. My dear sister is Cat Sutherland. My deepest sympathies to all those that cherished his relationship in being part of his life. He was well loved and admired by so many. May Jeff's bright flame continue to glow in the hearts of the many who adored and appreciated him.

Jeff was an old soul, a truly genuine guy and so so friendly. His smile and positivity was rediculously contagious. I operated a gym in Swift Current and he'd visit with me between "sets" I'd spot for him while he'd do some arm curls or bench press. I'd see the kid daily and always enjoyed our conversations. He was just one amazing dude. He was hugely not unlikeable. My prayers and thoughts are with the family and all his close friends. He was pure Gold.

I worked with Jeff in a kitchen in the late 90's. He was the funniest guy with some of the most outrageous stories I've ever heard. Ten years later I feel a pat on my shoulder and turn around , it's Jeff. We just picked up where we left off. Til next time my friend. My sympathies to the family and to all that knew him.

One of my most vivid memories of Jeff is brief but meant a lot to me. I was going through a tough time early in our College of Ed days. I remember pulling up to the Ed building for a night class, really not wanting to be there, and Jeff and I spotted each other as he was walking past my car. His face lit up with that huge smile of his, and he waited for me so we could walk to class together. It was a brief moment, but his smile made my night, and I'll have that image with me forever. My husband Dan and I met Jeff in the College of Ed, and despite the miles apart that he and we travelled after University, Jeff was the only friend from those days that we kept in regular contact with in person. We will miss him dearly and remember him fondly. All our love and sympathy to his family and friends.

I worked with Jeff for a couple of years. What a wonderful co-worker. Smart, funny, compassionate. It is a loss not only for Eryn and the rest of the family but for the world.

Our deepest condolences to Jeff's family

My condolences to the family, in laws and especially to the love of his life. I first met Jeff in elementary years. He was friends with Patrick Snell and I was his next door neighbor. Jeff had just moved to town and didn't know to many people yet. we became friends. we went through elementary, junior high and high school together. as we got older we may not have always been with the same group of friends, but, he was no different as day we met. no judging and saw everyone who they are, which is why he was friends with everyone. he was a great boy to meet, and a privilege to see him turn into the man he was. Jeff was a great guy and friend, I will never forget that. He will be sadly missed.

I met Jeff back around 1993/94 when he lived in Canmore, AB. We had a lot of fun back then. Jeff was a great guy and always had a smile on his face. My heartfelt condolences to his wife, family and many friends. RIP Jeff until we meet again

So deeply sorry to read about Jeff, Roxanne! There are just no words to express my sadness for you and your Family! Wish I could be there to do something in some small way

I only knew Jeff in High School. To me, he had an old soul and a young heart. I am so sorry for your loss.

I went to high school with Jeff. He was the real deal--always friendly, always ready to laugh. Truly a guy that you always remembered because of his out look on life. My prayers to you and your family.

I only knew Jeff for a few years, but it was clear he had a genuine spirit and a great capacity for love and friendship. My prayers are with all of you.
