To the family of JJ:
I pray that our Lord provide you comfort now & in the days to come. I didn't hear of her passing til after the funeral, but we worked together at YouthWorks until 2005. She was a beautiful person & she had great style. She will be sorely missed. May God fill your heart & quiet moments with the unforgettable loving moments you shared.

To The Family: It was an honor and privilege to have known and worked with Jennifer regarding youth and community issues. It was an extra blessing to later on share family ties through the birth of my grandchildren and her great nieces. I was shocked and saddened to hear of her passing. May God bring peace to her soul and comfort to all those who knew and loved her.

Sincerely,

I was sorry to hear of Jennifer's passing. I admired her as a young woman growing up in Duquesne, her kind spirit shown through without my really knowning who she was. As an adult I had the opportunity to briefly work with her as a peer and her spirit was even kinder than I imagined. To the Jefferies and Murrell families my deepest condolences for your loss.

To the Family,

Having just heard of Jennifer's passing, I am saddened to know that she has left us. Jennifer and I grew up together, as the Powell and Jefferies families have been friends for many years. She and I attended Sunday School and were baptized together at Jerusalem Baptist Church, Duquesne, and sang in the Youth Choir together. Although I've been away from the Pittsburgh area for many years, I recall the times I had a chance to see Jennifer and enjoy her warm, sweet spirit as we would reflect on old times.

Our prayers go out to each of you during this time of bereavement. May you find comfort in knowing that earth has no sorrow that Jesus cannot heal...

Take comfort in knowing that now especially during this holiday season you have a special guardian angel watching over you. I grew up on Oak Street with Jennifer and I am truly sorry for your loss. You have my condolences and deepest sympathy.

Dear Moses & Scha-Jani:

It was a honor for me to care for Jennifer throughout her illness. She touched my life and, moreso, my heart. I know how much love you had for each other. May you find comfort and peace with all the beautiful memories you shared over the years.

"So he passed over, and all the trumpets sounded for him on the other side."

My deepest sympathy to you,
